After our 30 years of ownership, the time has now come to pass on Cortijo Romero to a new owner. We would love to pass on our business to an individual or group who knows and loves Cortijo Romero, who would be interested in buying the place and running it with a similar ethos, perhaps financing it through crowdfunding or community ownership. However, as we will have no ongoing involvement in the business, we are also open to suggestions around change of use.
We are primarily interested in selling Cortijo Romero as a complete complex, but as detailed on the Property page, we are also open to selling the 2 sites separately.
